About
The application and program requirements for the 2023 Quality Jobs, Equity, Strategy, and Training (QUEST) National Dislocated Worker Grants (DWGs) announced in Training and Employment Guidance Letter No. 2-22 Change 2 will be presented in this webinar. Successful, eligible applicants (states, outlying areas, and Indian tribal governments) will use 2023 QUEST DWG funds to support workers impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic to connect to good jobs.

This webinar will give prospective 2023 QUEST DWG applicants the information and resources to successfully apply for the funding announced in TEGL 2-22 Change 2. After an overview of the initiative’s goals, allowable activities, and application requirements, federal staff from the DWG program and grant offices will address webinar attendee questions.
