DWG Performance Reporting Resources for State Grantees

About

This page contains performance reporting resources for state grantees of the DWG program.

  • DWG Performance Reporting Reference Guide 2024. This comprehensive guide for DWG grantees contains detailed information to successfully complete performance reporting. It is particularly helpful for new grantees learning about the required reports. Experienced grantees will find updated screen shots and step-by-step instructions for creating and certifying QNRs and QPRs in WIPS. (See file under "Related Content" to the left.)
  • DWG Edit Check Resource. When grantees upload a PIRL file to WIPS, the system conducts an edit check. This troubleshooting guide helps grantees resolve errors that are identified during the edit check process. It contains an overview of the process and tips for preparing an error-free participant data file. (See file under "Related Content" to the left.)
  • DWG Reporting Desk Reference. An overview of the performance reporting requirements for DWG programs.
  • DWG Partner Reporting in WIPS. This resource briefly covers the system requirements and suggested process steps for non-State DWG recipients working with a State Workforce Agency (SWA) to submit and certify a QPR each quarter. The handout includes instructions for states on how to upload and certify a QPR on behalf of a non-state DWG. DWG recipients are encouraged to review this information when developing a partnership for performance reporting between a non-state entity and SWA. (See file under "Related Content" to the left.)
  • Performance Reporting Video Series. An overview of key concepts and processes related to quarterly performance reporting for DWG and DW Demonstration Grant recipients.
