National Dislocated Worker Grants (DWG) Performance Reporting Series Sections D - E
About
This Performance Reporting video series provides an overview of key concepts and processes related to quarterly performance reporting for National Dislocated Worker Grants (DWG). The series is intended for grantees that are new to performance reporting.
In this video, we guide you through how to accurately collect data and create a participant data file for the Quarterly Performance Report (QPR). Previous videos in the series have covered Sections A, B, and C of the participant data file. This webcast covers the final sections, D and E, which address critical elements such as:
Section D - Program Outcomes Information
- Learn how to track and report outcomes data, including employment status, job retention, and quarterly earnings after exit, as well as credential attainment and measurable skills gains. Learn how to use data codes for different employment statuses and understand how the Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS) retrieves employment and earnings data to update the QPR.
Section E - New Data Elements
- Understand the requirements for capturing key participant and grant information, such as grant numbers, Social Security Numbers (SSNs) for data retrieval purposes, and the nature of services provided (in-person, virtual, or mixed). Learn how to correctly input these details to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting.
