This Performance Reporting video series provides an overview of key concepts and processes related to quarterly performance reporting for Dislocated Worker (DW) Demonstration Grant recipients. DW Demonstration grants include Workforce Opportunity for Rural Communities (WORC) Rounds 4, 5, and 6 recipients. The series is intended for grantees that are new to performance reporting.
This webcast covers the final sections, D and E, focusing on unique reporting elements such as:
Section D - Program Outcomes Information
- Learn how to track outcomes data, including employment status, earnings, and credential attainment. Understand how to use WIPS to retrieve employment and earnings data, while following specific reporting requirements for WORC grantees.
Section E - New Data Elements
- Understand how to report on specialized data elements, such as "Date Entered Employment" and "Entered Training-Related Employment After Training Program Completion," as well as SSN handling. Ensure all grant-specific data is accurately captured to comply with reporting requirements.
